These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Avag, a browser extension and related website that help creative freelancers find, capture and organize business leads. By creating an account or using Avag, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Avag is a self serve software subscription. You are responsible for using the contact data you capture lawfully (including under the GDPR). You can cancel any time. We provide the tool, you stay in control of your data.
Avag is operated by Ayrton Vaquer, an independent professional based in Portugal ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@avag.io.
Avag lets you search for businesses, capture publicly available business contact details from web pages you choose, and organize those leads in a CRM. It is offered on two tiers:
Our website also offers a free AI chat assistant to answer visitor questions about Avag. Its replies are automatically generated and provided for general information only. Verify anything important (pricing, features, account-specific questions) directly with us or in these Terms before relying on it.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Free plan has no cost, no card required, and no time limit. Pro is a paid, recurring subscription billed at EUR 9/month or EUR 90/year, processed through Stripe, our payment provider.
Founding members. The first 50 confirmed early-access members get full Pro access at no cost until September 1, 2026. From that date, founding members keep Pro at a locked founding rate of EUR 4.99/month (or EUR 49/year) for as long as their subscription stays active, instead of the standard price above. We may also introduce new, higher tier plans with different features and pricing in the future, separate from the founding member offer.
You can cancel Pro at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not generally provide refunds for partial periods already started.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because Pro is a digital service that begins immediately, by subscribing and starting to use Pro you ask us to begin performance at once and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed for the period. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
Avag helps you collect business contact information. You are solely responsible for how you use that information, and you agree that:
For the contact data you capture and store, you are the data controller and Avag is only a tool that runs on your device. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your unlawful or improper use of data captured through Avag.

We own all rights in the Avag software, brand and website. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use Avag while your account is active and in line with these Terms. The leads and data you capture remain yours.
Avag relies on third party providers (for example for authentication, payments, search results, and AI processing via Anthropic) and on websites we do not control. Search results, captured website data, and AI-generated content (match scores, analysis, and chatbot replies) are provided "as is": they are automatically generated or sourced from third-party pages, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or that they are up to date. Use your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated output. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights. Where liability can be limited, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Avag at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, where possible after notice. You can delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Avag after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
